Share the value and importance of life insurance
Manage your personal & group sales ( at least 10M group sales in 1 year)
Manage persistency (80%-100%)
Manage Activation (80%-100%)
Business development in your preferred area
Policy review for existing clients
Ensure monthly and annual sales target are met
Team mentoring & coaching
Conduct your weekly or monthly unit sales meeting
Business review & training compliance (100%)
Attend/conduct one on one business review
Attend company events, sales rally and agency meetings
